Any tips to ease Depression?

During my entire pregnancy...I have been overwhelmed with depression and being alone is not helping. Once had a supportive spouse who was there for me..planned the pregnancy..went to OBGYN appointments when I had trouble conceiving. Anywho he seemed very excited and was involved until 2 months into my pregnancy and he changed and walked out. Hadn't spoke for a month then all of a sudden he came back around making promises that he never kept. Now everything has spiraled out of control...a bunch of arguing.. verbal abuse from him...I tried to distance myself from him but still find it hard to let go. Any advice on how to relieve the streas...I'm more concerned for my baby then for me..I feel so lost!!!

Talk to a counselor, your ob/gyn can give you the referral. Ditch the jerk and focus on your physical, mental, and emotional stability and wellbeing. Your health is your baby's health now and for the first 18yrs of their life.

I'm 17 weeks 4 days and have been experiencing bad pains when I'm walking or standing so I've been laying down all night with minimum movement..Will go to the E.R. in the morning if I'm still experiencing it.
