Anyone else pregnant after a miscarriage?

I had a miscarrige end of August resulting in a d&c Sept 1st. We waited one cycle to start trying again and got pregnant first try! I've been excited but nervous and not allowing myself to get as emotionally attached until I have my first ultrasound. My miscarriage was due to a blighted ovum at 11 weeks. Can anyone else relate?

I have had 2 miscarriage one at 12 weeks and the other at 11 weeks both ended in d&c but 2 semi normal pregnancy in between my daughter was a premie and my son was a roller coaster of issues we had to start the progesterone shots at 16 weeks with him. I know it's was really hard not to be nervous everytime I went in to get a ultrasound or just to hear the heartbeat . Just try to stay positive

Wow five miscarriages I'm sorry for your lose. One was hard to go through so I can't imagine. Hopefully your new mediciation will be effective :) I'm going for HCG levels every other day for the next week. Fingers crossed my numbers are doubling as they should.

I've had 5 miscarriage's since February.  Only just recently did a doctor prescribe medication to try and keep me pregnant. We have not had the opportunity to try the progesterone inserts yet, we are hopeful it will work.

Thanks for your kind words!  I haven't seen my gynaecologist yet but I know he wanted to see me for an early ultrasound once I became pregnant again.

Are they checking your HCG levels weekly? And what hormones did they put you on?

I'm also trying to stay positive, that's all a woman can do when she's expecting! Control what we can and the rest will happen as it's meant to be  :)

I had two miscarriages, one in June at 12 weeks and another in September at 4 weeks. After the first one, my doctor suggest I wait a cycle. We did and I got pregnant again in August and after my second miscarriage, my doctor wanted me to wait 2 months but by the time I saw my doctor, I was pregnant again. I'm currently about 4 weeks and I now have a specialist that follows me with weekly bloodwork. He cave me hormone to take twice a day and double my acid folic intake. I feel nervous at time but I try to stay positive and try to relax as much has I can. I stopped drinking coffee (although we are allowed 1 cup per day) and I do not lift anything heavy. The nervousness will remain but try to enjoy this wonderful moment. I wish you a healthy and beautiful pregnancy!

I had a miscarriage in mid march I was pregnant 2 weeks later I'm now 31+5 and everything is looking good with her. Its stressful at the start as I was constantly waiting to bleed again I only stopped checking the toilet paper for blood when I was about 28 weeks. The only thing I can say is try relax and take your prenatals and good luck x
