Baby Shower Jitters

I'm 31 weeks pregnant will be 32 this Saturday.  Saturday also happens to be my baby shower.   I'm a first time mom and I'm very nervous about the baby shower.   I'm planning it mainly on my own with the help of my mom and my sister I'm just nervous that maybe people won't show up or it doesn't go off the way that I've planned  or is the way I've envisioned. :-(
Anyone else having these concerns or experience them before? please share!!!

I understand how you feel when I had my baby shower for my son it was me and my husband planning it with the help of his mom. We thought it was going to be great but mine didn't turn out so well me and my husband let his mother invite people which was a huge mistake she hardly told anybody until the last minute so hardly anybody came. Im sure yours will be way better than mine lol. Im now pregnant with my 2nd and due in November I'm not going to plan one this time around. Best of luck to you hope it goes great!

I'm in the same boat as u lol im 37weeks and my baby shower is sunday. My mom and sister are planning my baby shower and I just feel like its not going to go good... And about people not showing up, I had only like 3 out if 20 people RSVP so I decided to call and ask lol I guess we just need to relax and have fun :)

My baby shower (well i shoukd say OUR as in my bf &i lol) turned out wonderful!  I was nefvous upnuntil about 1 hour into the actual shower bcz ppl were late, and again idk if or who would come. Lots of ppl came to celebrate with us and actually as ive heard from most guests that this  was 1 of the biggesg showers theyve attended. We had a great time, Im so glad it all worked out and definitely glad its over. Can't wait to meet my lil one... 6 weeks exactly til my due date :~)
