Baby arrived very premature, birth story

Hi All,  so my little angel boy arrived on new years day at 27 weeks, yes he couldn't wait to meet the world and choose new years day. His super tiny,  weight at birth 1.1kg and length 28cm. The morning of 31st I just woke up with gushes of warm fluid running down my legs,  I knew it was my water that broke.  Immediately went to labour and delivery,  was admitted and my Dr said he wants to try and delay labour for as long as possible,  I got some steriod injections for baby's lungs to mature it a bit and I prepared myself for a very long hospital stay and bedrest.  But at about 6pm the same day I started getting contractions about 10-15mins apart and lasting about 30-40secs,  feels like a bad period attack. They gave me so much pain meds via IV and tried their best to delay labour. By 9pm I was 2cm dilated.  By midnight on new years it got really bad I started feeling very heavy down there and almost like my stomach needs to go the whole time but can't. Got another shot steroids etc. By 3am the sister checked my cervix and I was 9cm dilated and she could feel his head!!  I was panicking a bit,  cause I wanted a cesarean a day feared natural birth because my mom had a lot of complications with us. Anyways they tried getting enough everyone on call there in time, luckily my Dr was there within 20mins.  They prepped me and he said there is no time at all for a cesarean the baby is already on its way.  I remember saying cesarean several times, but then I was already aiming to push.  Struggled controlling my breathing at first but once I had it he was out within 5 pushes. It was extreme for sure, but the contractions leading up to birth was way worst for me than actual birth.  The whole birth was over within 15mins and he was born at 4:15am 1.1.2016.  Came out crying which was good signs. They immediately took him to nicu,  I only saw him late afternoon. Im glad I was able to go natural without anything,  the healing process afterwards is also painful, but probably less painful than cesarean,  I'm already back now at work as I need to keep my mind busy from this trauma we going through.  Since birth he moved through 3 different ventilators and now on oxygen,  his out of isolation and so far fighting strong. Everyday I can see an improvement and I go visit him twice a day and we pray non stop. I know this is going to be a very long journey ahead in nicu. He has a PDA, Jaundice, IVH they currently treating him for.  I believe God can heal him in time and do far his so strong. We will continue our faith xxxx please pray for our family xxx GOD bless
