Back pain in first trimester?

I'm currently 5 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and am in agony with my back. I never had it like this with my first 2 and it's been so bad today I've struggled to get out of bed. Was just wondering if anyone else suffered so early and if you found anything that helped to ease it?

Thanks I went to docs yesterday and she gave me cocodamol, I've also been using a heat pad which seems to be easing it a bit. Also been signed off work till May as I'm a carer and can't begin to imagine working in this state. I've had problems with my back since an rta I had in 2011 so doc said that and being pregnant with 3rd it's bound to hurt but this is unbearable.

I was in so much pain weeks 5-7 I could barely move. I thought I had to have an infection of some kind. The dr. Finally put me on advil (which I found out is ok during the first trimester) and rotating between a hot pad and cold pack. It worked amazing!
