Be Careful When Researching
Over the weekend my hubby and I had a major scare thinking our baby might have d.s. Come to find out the "specialist" who gave us the ultrasound is known for scaring expectant parents into thinking something is wrong with their baby in order to schedule more testing and make more money. I can't believe some people can be so heartless. So that no one else has to go through what we went through, please research the dr you plan on seeing. Good luck!

Thats not a good doctor right there if he scares u, a good doctor reassures, not scares.
I saw Dr. Greggory Devore. He has 2 locations that I know of: Pasadena, CA and Lancaster, CA. He is supposed to be really good, but I just can't trust someone that uses scare tactics to increase unnecessary testing.
You need to report that person to the medical board. Right a detailed letter, and print out the comments from the site you seen it on. And make sure you request to see a different specialist next time you have to go to one so that this person can't do this to you. Or just find a completely different office. I did research a dr a friend told me about. And i mentioned to my dr that i don't want to see that women or have her around me. He mentioned her being called in sometimes when he can't make it to the delivery, and i told him to send a different one, if he can't make it to my delivery. So it's in my records.
