I am in the same boat.  My husband has been gone since April 15th.  I am 27 weeks. It's hard he won't be home till March.  We have to be strong our unborn children.  Prayers For All In The Same Situation

Wow! Congrats to you on graduating! If you feel like he might need a lawyer I would look into it but if u feel that after a court he will be fine then just stick it out till then. Benefits of a lawyer they can probably push up the court date.

No lawyer..I actually just graduated from law school in May but not planning to take the bar until after the babies are here..gonna see if I can get a favor from a former classmate since I could pretty much do the work and they just be the face cuz they're already admitted..can't afford anything right now..

Does he have a lawyer or anything? Hopefully he will have a court day soon so he can pick up where he left off.I know its not easy but try to stay positive. At least you know he won't be in there for long. I used to have deal with a 40+ hr job, go to appts, pay rent,go visit him every week as possible, deal with his lawyer. It was overwhelming but I just try to stay positive and I thankfully had his family who did help me out a bit. I tried to stay as busy as I can and count the days. Almost 8yrs later we are now expecting baby #3 and happy as can be.

Thank you..glad he didn't miss your birth!! This just ***** cuz it's a technical violation based on a lie..so now me and our families are without him..he's missing school and other important things until this gets straightened out by a judge..

During my 1st pregnancy my husband was in jail for driving w/o a license but he was in there for 7months. We found out I was pregnant at 8wks and he was out 20days before our oldest was born. It was hard but I focused on working and doing what I needed to do. Hang in there ladies!! It gets better :)

Thanks for your kind words.. I've been cramping all day and he's worried and wants me to calm down so I don't stress the babies..I think it's just growing pain..my nurse line said go to the ER if it worsens or I start bleeding..

My boyfriend got arrested for violation of probation Thursday. He'll probably be out soon but it takes 7-10 days to get a court date and I am miserable already. Plus we're worried he'll miss our gender scan on the 21st. I'm waiting on him to call now. I'm  so lonely :-(
