I have gotten it before and only vitamin E helps to ease the pain and pop it off

Don't put anything on anything.  Call your dr.  You could have something like herpetic whitlow which is not an std by the way and can transfer to baby at birth.  There are so many common things it could be that would not affect you but may affect baby.  You say boils which means more then 1 check your thumb and forefinger for similar boils or sores.  Also if they are clustering it could mean a dermal infection.  Not judging here but it's so important you speak with a professional on this one.

Boils are an infection so you want to be careful. Sit in a warm almost hot bath with green alcohol and Epsom salt twice a day. That will take the pain out and bring it to a head. It will eventually drain. If it continues you may have to go to your doctor and get antibiotics

Cysts come with pregnancy but if it gets painful it could be a sign of infection. If it gets bigger and tender you will need antibiotics and to have it drained. Keep an eye on it and don't pick or scratch at it.

Place a hot towel on it. Its hereditary in my family & a hot towel or sitting in a hot bath is the fastest way to get rid if them & it soothes that pain. Dnt pick at it tho it could get infected

Hot milk though,  almost boiling,  with bread. It pulls infection out. My family has been doing it for generations....

Does it hurt? I have a bump and my doctor said it's a cyst, because the gland got swollen...a side effect of pregnancy and that it will go away. But mine doesn't hurt at all and I really only notice it when I go to the bathroom or shower. He said it would go away on its own. I think if it's causing you pain that is a good reason to call your doctor or make an appointment.
