I definatly feel like I spoke too soon when I told everyone I feel great so far at 9 weeks!! This is my 3 rd pregnancy and I had NO morning sickness at all with my 1st  and my second I lost 15 pounds in the first 20 weeks. Well ive been very nauseous the past couple weeks not eating as much as I usually do and the past 2 to 3 days I havent been able to keep ANY FOOD DOWN.. I've tried eating light today cracker soup water toast and threw everything up.. I also threw up my vitiamns with my toast this morning. Its almost 10:30pm right now in new york and  Im sipping on water very upset laying here trying to relax because I have a headache my stomach just wants to keep getting sick. I cant sleep due to nausea and my headache.. I have a history of miscarriages and I want to remain healthy. Also on top of it I have a slight cold. I see my doctor in a couple days..ANY SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT I CAN DO TO FEEL BETTER TILL THEN? ANYONE ELSE FEELING THIS WAY?? THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! !

I was like this up until a few weeks ago also. Try squeezing lemon/lime into your water that will help you be able to drink more of it. Also eat fruits with lemon and a bit of salt. Thats all I was able to do that actually somewhat worked. I also heard ginger helps too, theres chews you can buy. Good luck hope you feel better.

Sounds wierd but look into probiotic and pregnancy...beeyoutiful.com has a lot of good products and info on this. No personal experience just came across the correlation a few weeks ago. I hope you find something that works.

i was so sick with both of my girls that i did not gain any weight....the best thing i can tell you is to try genger any way you can get it they have candy, tea, all kinds of stuff... another thing is dont drink as much it tends to go to your belly faster making you puke more...i also could not keep down my vita. so i took two gummy Flintstones cus they kinda slide down lol  (one for you one for the baby) the zofran did not help me at all but try it you may be different however i take finergin ....dry cereal is good but anything that sounds good just eat it thats how i lived....im so sorry you are going through this it ***** and whoever said it was MORNING SICKNESS was a man !!!

I'm 8 weeks prego with my third and have all same symptons. I've been so miserable the last two weeks because I can't eat or do anything without getting sick. Today I had diarrhea on top of puking so I went to the er and they gave me an iv. I'm home now and feel somewhat normal. They prescribed Zofran and I've had the sea band bracelets that work on occasion. I would suggest that. I need to find the popsicals everyone has been mentioning. I'm just ready to be over this part of the pregnancy, it's been a nightmare!
