Braxton Hicks or Small labor Contractions? ?

Ok so I woke up early this morning and didn't feel pregnant I know weird I tried waking up my lil one she only kicked once. It feels like my tummy dropped to. Then I started to feel what I think are Braxton contractions in my lower bk they r alil painful. I ate lunch to try to wake her up and nothing. I got home took a shower and still feeling them but now feels like they r traveling to the lower tummy area. I finally got her to kick another two times. Do u think its Braxton or Maybe Small Contractions???

Well technically Braxton-Hicks is your uterus contracting and preparing for labor. But if it labor contractions they will become more intense and pain full. I have been dealing with BH for two days and yesterday they lasted from 5pm till 10pm. I was advise to drink lots of water and lay on my left side. But if they were to increase in pain instead of going away, I needed to head to the er. My baby girl was kicking and moving though, and is still active. I would ring my ob if its starting to worry youbto much. Good luck momma♡

Time the contractions. If they are consistent its probably real contractions and if they are not consistant its brobably braxton
