Carpal tunnel?
Anyone else experience numbness and tingling in their arms, wrist, and hands? And if so, what are some things you do to help with it. Mine have been feeling like this for a couple weeks or so, it's super painful and to the point my whole hand will go numb. Please help.

I have to have surgery for carpal tunnel and I have found 100% relief of all my symptoms by visiting an Active Release Therapist, some chiropractors offer the services and some physical therapy places offer it. Made a huge difference.
I had it 7 months months after my first baby, it hurt to hold him. And this pregnacy I'm getting it early.
Always talk with your doctor! But I wear wrist bands at night, and keep them elevated.its been helping a bit.
Also with my first I went to the chiropractor. It helped alot!
