Cleanse

Hi everyone!

I'm a FTM at 21 weeks. Does anyone know if there is a natural body cleanse I can do? Thanks!

Talk to your doctor. Your doctor may have some healthy suggestions.

Yes, that is generally not recommended when pregnant.  I wouldn't do that without talking to your doctor first.  good luck hon

you shouldn't use any products that cleanse or detox the body during pregnancy. It can lead to miscarriage. The best you could do is to eat a clean diet organic fruits and vegetables no refined sugars no caffeine free range chicken and fish no red meat and eliminate wheat and gluten.I did a cleanse prior to getting pregnant but my naturopath said you shouldn't cleanse while pregnant or breastfeeding

I just feel like my body is full of toxin's and bloated from all the food etc from Christmas. Yes, something to cleanse me internally.

If you are referring to detoxing that is not really recommended. If you eat right your body will naturally clean itself.  I'm 37 weeks and I eat lots of fruit and vegetables and if you want drink a cup of fresh juice a day. I make my own vegetable juice.

Do you mean to goto the bathroom? When I needed help my doctor told me mix prune juice,Apple juicxe and grape juice one third each to help.
