This my sound weird but coffee or chocolate always helps me go. Seriously! This is my third pregnancy and with every pregnancy, if I drank some coffee or ate chocolate I would go to the bathroom within an hour.

My doc prescribed miralax. Saved my life haha. Ask your doctor if this is safe for you they usually even have free samples at the office.

Prune juice is natural and helped me when I had severe constipation while pregnant. Just go easy, it doesn't take much to start working!

As weird as it sounds, try getting a step stool or something you could put your feet on do you're more squatting than just sitting. That saved me during my first pregnancy, I didn't go for over 2 weeks and then saw some article on the internet about how we should be pooping so I tried it and finally get relief. Go on a walk and get moving then try it. Hope it helps!

I just eat a few cups of blueberries and it clears the issue right up. Good luck. So painful!
