Cramping

I have had some off and on cramping mostly on my lower right.  How much cramping is normal in early pregnancy?  I'm almost six weeks along.

It's really a common problem that I think has worried most of us at some time in our pregnancy. Most likely its growth and stretching. But, like she said, there is a chance of uti so have the dr check. Try to rest and feel better :)

You may also have a bladder infection or start of an UTI. Have your Dr check... Hope you feel better!

it can be implantation cramping or round ligament pain, both suk take some tylenol

You can have a lot of cramping. I did and some of the cramps were as painful as bad period cramps. They hurt bad. I ran the the bathroom constantly at first to make sure that I was not bleeding BC some of the cramps were so bad that I thought "I must be having a m/c", but they will go away. Take Tylenol for the pain when it gets to bad.
PS Some bleeding and spotting is normal in the first trimester. And always follow ur instinct and call the dr or go to the emergency dept if u feel uneasy abt anythg. Always trust ur gut! I dont care if end up calling the dr daily,call BC that is what s/he is there for! May God bless.

it can be stretching pain... cramps are okay as long as they don't get really bad, and as long as they ease up with panadol or paracetamol or a hot water bottle, its okay :)
