Crappy Day...

Feeling like crap. From this morning til night I feel like I'm taking on the world by myself. Still in hospital on bed rest but finally got up and went in bathroom and cried in shower for about 20 mins trying to let some of it out. Need words of encouragement. I pray your day was much better than mine: -)

I know that this time is extremely difficult and most of the "encouragement" doesn't feel like it's encouraging...but hang in there...use the time to talk to God and allow Him yo be your comfort even when confused and angry. Get your rest and see if someone can bring though done things to do...you could ask a friend or nurse if there is anyone who can teach you knitting or something to help your hands and mind do something while your body rests. good luck

Y dear? What happened? Don't let yourself get upset during pregnancy. Think of the baby, that by gettkng upset you are depriving the baby of happoness. Our hormones do play such important role. I too feel depressed. I live far away from my family and no friends here to talk. Still we have to make it through... Yesterday I had doctor's appointment. You know what she said? She said pregnancy is not that big a deal. Imagine the time after the baby is born and the baby cries, so hard to interpret what the baby needs. That will be worse.
