With my last pregnancy I wanted nothing more than to b on a dirt bike.. lol my son basically came out riding an at. I also easy sushi whenever I can afford it. I feel like the Japanese eat sushi all the time and they have a very low infant mortality rate and they are super smart.

I like my sushi and my ocassional glass of red wine! Maybe once or twice a month for both so far. Me and baby are just fine. It's whatever you're comfortable with. The odds of food poisoning are ridiculously low! And you can get food poisoning from ANY food that's not prepared or handled correctly.

I still eat poached eggs. I understand some people will think it's irresponsible but I enjoy them & the odds of me getting any kind of food poisoning from it are ridiculously low.

U can have 0.1l of dry red wine a day (maybe not every day...) It was actually my doctor's recommendation as it's good for your blood.Well,it's not tequila but some alcohol at least :)

Ive had sushi my entire pregnancy. My doctor told me if it wasnt a concern before then it shouldn't be now. I dont eat it every day but when I get a craving for it I dont deny myself. I have 8 days left and baby is fine. Just think of all the things our parents did before there were all these rules and we all managed to survive. Enjoy your pregnancy.

Raw fish is bad,but you can eat cooked fish. I craved sushi with my first pregnancy and this one so I ate a cooked roll. You could try that. You can also have a little bit of wine. I'm not sure exactly how much is ok. Ask your doctor. And eat the cheeses that are safe. Can't help with the tequila.  Sorry.

Sushi is healthy,  full of omegas  :) just avoid tuna. Salmon is the better option. Or try vegetarian to curb your craving

I feel your pain lol. I rarely drink when I'm not pregnant but I craved margaritas both my last two pregnancies and this one too. It's funny though because once the baby is out I don't want one anymore. I think it's just because you know you can't have it and that makes you want it. :) pregnancy is almost over!! You can do it lol

I had a sushi roll the other day. It was smoked salmon and very good. I also had rocatta and bree cheese yesterday. I think as long as you limit your intake its fine. I'm 37 weeks.

You're very lucky, the actual odds of an issue happening are very rare but you're putting the life of your baby in the hands of the people preparing the food... Which is why they highly recommend avoiding the foods, the consequences a are devastating.
