Me. I get it every pregnancy. It is the worst and happens wherever I go. My midwife just said to watch what I eat.

That was my very first sign that i was pregnant. I was driving just fine and then had to drive like a NASCAR driver to get home. I was thinking the whole time....would it be that bad to clean up if I don't make it. I got home, left the car open and my front door and it all flew out as soon as I sat down lol.  1 week later I got a positive. Now im constipated.

I've had it too and put a lot of it down to my ulcerative colitis, then a few weeks ago found out my iron levels were really low, had an iron infusion and made some dietary changes and touch wood it's been better since, 4am seemed to be one of my early morning loo runs too!

Diarrhea is a sign of making room for baby to come out as baby drops to prepare for delivery

Earlier on in this pregnancy I had HORRIBLE explosive diarrhea.
I would get it every morning when I woke up. And continue to get it randomly throughout the day.
There were times while grocery shopping I had to sprint to the bathrooms to go. I even used the Boys restroom because I couldn't hold it long enough to wait in line. There were times I had to take a detour to my mothers house or a gas station because it hit me like a wall. Times I contemplated grabbing a grocery bag off the car floor to go in it lmao.
As I got farther along in my pregnancy, I found out I was severely anemic, both iron and B12 deficient. I found out one major symptoms of b12 deficiency is constant diarrhea.

Started taking those supplements and my diarrhea had halted completely.

By earlier on I mean from 8 weeks to probably 26 weeks. Lasted forever.

I've only had it badly once so far and it's no joke! I think the thing to be careful of the most is possible dehydration unless the diarrhea is related to something specific. I would just make sure to stay hydrated and if it's persistent speak to your doctor to be safe. Good luck mama!

I am! It's awful every morning from about 4am!! I haven't spoken to a doctor and it seems to ease off by 9am so doesn't impact the rest of the day.
