Dilating pains?

I Had my cervix checked two days ago and was 80% effaced and dilated 1cm. Well, today and tonight especially I have been having sharp pains in my groin. As well as pressure and cramping in my stomach and lower back. Could this be dilating pains or labor coming on? I'm a ftm so all opinions are appreciated.

It's normal to feel that in those areas your body is preparing for lador that's all! I'm early pregnancy with my 6th so I know exactly what your feeling try a warm bath or massage! Congrats and good luck
