Dizziness

I'm 9 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing really bad dizziness to the point where I just want to lay down all day because I fear falling. I had a drs appointment on Monday and they said everything seemed normal. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Dizziness KS the most annoying thing because you feel like you can't ever do anything because as soon as you do the dizziness hits and it's like really just go away already!

I'm experiencing that too but I'm only 5 weeks. Thought it was mostly from coming off some medication but as I read more it seems to happen when ur pregnant. I almost feel tingly as well. It's the most uncomfortable feeling ever.

I have been dealing with this for 2 years straight I hate the feeling like I can't do nothing without being dizzy it's crazy. Have you seen an ent or anything? Maybe its allergies or something I constantly feel dizzy like I could pass out or somedays like the room is spinning it's really crazy I was told I had chronic sinusitus

You need more calories!! Eating helps the dizziness to go away. Then drink water and Gatorade. The BIG bottles of gatorade only have 160mg of sodium, vs. The smaller sized bottles with too much sodium. Eat,eat and eat!

I had dizziness too and I am only at week 5. I have increased my water intake and got preggo pops from Fresh Tyme and the dizziness is not near as bad. I also try to always keep some food in my belly because that is when I noticed it the worst.

Could also be due to dehydration. Drink lots of water
