Does anyone no about low lying placenta

I'm 17 weeks and my doc says I have a low lying placenta. Is this bad and should I worry

Same boat mine is kinda moving but if it doesn't move more I will have to get a c section

Mine was that way with my son but it did move up it is very common

I just had my 21wk scan and they said that my placenta is low lying and at the bk but its not actually covering the cervix. Said its nothing to worry about and should shift as I grow but it will be checked at 34 wks. You might be the same!

That just means that the placenta is covering or partially covering your cervix where the baby will come through. But at this point in time in your pregnancy, it happens. As your uterus grows, your placenta moves. The doc will let u know when they want u to follow up and have it checked throughout your pregnancy. In most cases, it resolves and moves on its own.
