Eating as much as I can...

Hi there, I am a first time mom to be (7 weeks) and this may be a silly question but I am a typical FTM and wanting to make sure I am doing everything right and question EVERYTHING lol... I was eating great for a while but now within the last couple weeks I have just had no appetite. I do make sure I always eat breakfast but then when it comes to snacking, lunch or dinner...I will take a couple bites but after that I want it to be out of my face. Is this normal? Is the baby going to be ok or should I force myself to eat? I just feel like if I am only taking a couple bites then  the baby is only getting a couple bites worth of food. Maybe I am overreacting but I just want to make sure I am doing everything right! :)
Thanks
LN

I wouldn't worry too much, I was the same in my first trimester. Eating little and often I found worked for me rather than sitting down to 3 meals a day, I couldn't face a massive meal. Even if it was just having a piece of fruit

It is normal. I actually lost weight and in my six months pregnant, I gained it back so I'm only over 2 pounds over my initial weight. But my baby has grown normally and everything is fine. Eat what ur stomach can take right now and take ur prenatals.

First trimester is always the hardest for food..just make sure you are taking prenatals and going to doctors..and ask them any questions or concerns you have :) alot of women lose weight in first trimester just keep trying as hard as you can!
