Well she made her grand entrance into the world at 3:03 a.m. :) Boy was it painful!!! I just turned 40 weeks and 2 days at midnight when I called my mid wife and told her I was on my way. Contractions were getting very intense and about four minutes apart. Dumb on my part because I live thirty miles from the hospital!! Well my wonderful husband got us there in about fifteen minutes! Dont ask how fast he was driving :) Anyway.... when I got to the hospital I was dilated to a six and 100% effaced.  Shortly after they checked me and I was complete!!! Pushed for five minutes (burning the whole time)  and she was out!!! 9 lbs 5 oz 21 3/4 inches long!!  We are so in love.... I was not sad to see pregnancy come to an end!!! Good luck to all you mommies and have happy and healthy deliveries!
