When I'm trying to sleep recently I've noticed I feel my heartbeat pretty heavily and faster. Is this normal? 18 weeks.
me too. and also my breathing is so heavy.. like an old person.
Yea its normal because your body is producing more blood so it works harder to pump it through your body and to baby.
