Feeling Real

I found out I was pregnant last week after 2 test. Everyone is happy for us. But now to me it still doesn't feel real, like it isn't really happening. If anything I'm feeling nervous as got my first midwife appointment on Monday and worried about a few things that I have wrote down to ask her. My body doesn't really feel any different apart from cramps and peeing a bit more.
When should it start feeling real???

it didn't hit me that I was pregnant until the first time I felt the baby move. even hearing his heart beat and seeing the ultrasound didn't hit me as hard as the movement

I am 27 weeks and it still doesn't seem real even though I feel her move all the time and my body aching and stuff.. I don't think it will feel real until I have her :-)

It never felt real for me with my first until I held him. I mean there were days it seemed real but never hit me. Or never a constant "this feels real" then when i held him it all hit that it was really real. But hearing heartbeat first time, seeing u/s, and first movements felt, definitely help :) enjoy it momma

I think I'm only 9 weeks working out dates with my partner. I'm not really showing got a tiny bit more weight. Only symptoms I've had is the peeing, cramps and a bit of backache (what I normally suffer with anyway). I woke up this morning feeling like I got a bit of a cold but I work with kids so colds are common.
I'm hoping it will feel real when I can hear a heartbeat or see the baby inside me. I just don't want to feel like I'm going to be a bad mum if not feeling like it real yet

Shoot, I'm 37 weeks and me and my husband were just saying yesterday how it still doesn't seem real. How it's hard to imagin him outside of my belly. Even after the hospital tour!! Lol I feel like it's not going to feel real until our sweet boy gets here.

I really didn't notice a mental change until the second trimester when I could see my daughter growing.  Some moms feel it right away but some don't.  It's all normal.  Congrats and I hope the first trimester treats you well!!

I'm 12 weeks. Sometimes for me it doesn't feel real. I recently starting showing, so it's getting a bit better. Now, I just can't wait to feel my baby moving.

It really differs for women. Some it's the positive test, others the first tine they hear the heartbeat or see baby on the ultrasound. Just relax. Read up on your baby's development. There is no right or wrong answer here. Good luck and congratulations
