I have had a few yeast infections, but not yet during pregnancy. They are not a big deal, not dangerous to your baby, and you can get suppository medicine to make it go away, so try not to worry. Here is a link with some information about yeast infections during pregnancy, I hope it helps you feel better: http://www.babycenter.com/0_yeast-infections-during-pregnancy_485.bc

I also have a yeast infection and all of the over the counter medicine is not safe. Ask your doctor for a safe prescription.  I was going to use an over the counter method and the pharmacist said it's not safe. Good luck!
