I found taking walks actually help with the fatigue. Only do what's comfortable for you and drink plenty of water.

Congratulations!

First of all congrats on the new baby! Yay! As to what to do, take your prenatal vitamins, stay hydrated, and take it easy. Don't let yourself get over fatigued. As to foods, stay away from oceanic fish, soft cheese and anything unpasteurized. Also deli meats should be heated and no sushi or under cooked meats.
Please feel free to inbox me anytime you want to. :)
