Floppy Arm!

Omg, I woke up this morning and my left arm just FLOPPED down.  It was freaky. I think I may have slept on it on my left side and cut offblood flow to it.  Once blood rushed back it was fine... But my question... Could this have affected the baby? 22+3.

I hate that! Just be careful you don't shake it out and bash it on something. Lol you don't feel it until later!

Your arm is above your heart, your baby is below, they are supplied by totally different arteries......

It happens to me almost daily. I have come to the conclusion it is a symptom of carpal tunnel. If it happens often, get a wrist brace for that arm to wear to bed.

It was the most bizarre feeling! My only concern was that the artery that was cut off didn't restrict any blood flow or oxygen to the baby... Oh and maybe I was slightly concerned that my arm might never work again. Lol it was NOT fun.  I was absolutely frightened!

No it wouldn't affect the baby. I had that happen a lot when I was pregnant with my son but not with my other pregnancies. Really creepy feeling lol
