With my first i was induced at 39 weeks because my water broke. It broke a Friday night at 8pm shortly after dinner we rushed to the hospital and was given poticin (sorry if I misspelled it) at 10 pm the contractions got super strong but I managed to make it without the epidural.  At 6:47am on Saturday morning I delivered a 9lbs 3oz, 21inch healthy baby boy.
now I'm 34 weeks with a baby girl and I wish I could go on lablabor on my own.
But anyways good luck hun, and congrats ;-)

Let's see with my first my water broke at 4am no contractions I got induced a few hours later (7am) with pitocin..  a few hours after that my contractions were painful (10am). After that it was just a waiting game.. like around 7pm I decided I needed relief from the contractions so I asked for the epidural. The dr was on a c section and wouldn't be done for a while.. they checked me I was almost ,8cm.. if I went there they wouldn't fine me the epidural.. he made it on time I got it. And was able to rest a bit.. It did not hassle my pain away but it helped it.. at around 9 I stayed pushing pushed for 56 min.. gained sometime in between that time.. but then I had my baby and all the pain went away.. And I was so un love.. she weighted 5lbs 12oz
