Gross question - Dog poop

Hi everyone. As near as I can judge, I'm about 6 weeks along with my second child. I have a cat and a dog. I know about not cleaning the cat box when you're pregnant and I stopped. But I use baggies to pick up my dog's mess outside (which is a fun experience when you're pregnant) Is there any danger with dog poop too?? I wash my hands as soon as I come in and use hand sanitizer as well... I just didn't have a dog last pregnancy so I don't know. My husband is usually working or sleeping since he works nights so I'm the primary walker for my dog. Thanks!

its just cats the thing is called toxoplasmosis, all cats are not carriers. usually if they eat raw meat or mice they contract it. You can take you cat to the vet and have them tested to see if they are carriers of the toxoplasmosis. Dogs cannot be carriers as it is a feline thing
