In my own experience, do workout.  Before pregnancy I would do yoga every day, plus dancing and some random cardio as Zumba.. When I got pregnant I changed my routine for a more "pregnant - friendly" one, like walking, aqua gym...  Then I just stopped all workout. Not only I felt terrible the last weeks pregnant but I also gained lot more weight and now it's just so hard to go back to being active...

I've wanted to go back to the gym but my inlaw wants me to wait until after I give birth....The doctor told me it's ok but since I'm high risk all I do is walk to every place I got to go so that is my exercise....keep up the good work try not to push yourself so hard...

That's what I do as well. Swimming is also great. It's fantastic exercise with less strain on your joints because the water takes a lot of the weight off them.
