HCG Levels over 19,000 and sac is empty

I recently went to the ER for gallstones and was told I am pregnant and my hcg levels are over 19,000. This came as a surprise to me because I just miscarried in March and have not had a period since. So date of ovulation is unknown but I want to say I am between 4 and 6 weeks along. The ER doctor did an ultrasound and we saw an empty gestational sac. I am so confused, I don't know how to feel. I am terrified it is going to be a blighted ovum and I have to wait until June 9th to see my OB. Has anyone had anything similar happen? If so what was the outcome?

Thank you all. With having been pregnant 6 times now (first 3 living, 4rth an ectopic and 5th a miscarriage) this was a relief!
