HCG didn't double

Hello everyone! I am currently 5 weeks. I have had two prior miscarriages and have been through the whole work up with an RE and no cause identified.  So They put me in progesterone suppositories 100mg twice a day and I found out I was pregnant on Christmas morning!
Everything started out great my first beta last Monday was 136. Thursday it was 570.  More than quadrupled in 72 hours! I also had some spotting Thursday but they told me its bc of the progesterone and it stopped. On Friday I developed right sided pain and brown spotting later that night. Saturday I went in and beta was 717.... Not nearly a double in 48 hrs. I feel like history is repeating itself however the pain is completely gone and spotting stopped?! (I think it was actually a hip cramp)
So now I'm holding on to that glimmer of hope until they repeat my levels on Tuesday (72 hrs).  I'm thinking the spotting could definitely be from the progesterone suppositories and hoping maybe my second beta was an error and was actually 370, not 570.... Which would put me at doubling every 48 hrs! Just seems weird I would have  a drastic jump and then level out.
What do you think am I being too optimistic and this is just going to be another miscarriage??
Praying for a beta over 1000 on tues.

Your beta is still going up. It typically doubles every 48-72 hours. Your second test was 48 hours. It's not quiet double but it is still increasing and it is doing so in large quantities. Try not to stress it can cause the baby stress which you don't want. Try and relax and take it easy.

Try to relax, stressing will only make it worse. I know easier said than done.
With my first, my first beta test came back at 21- barely positive. 2 days later it was at 41 exactly. So double. 3 days later I was in the 200's. Everyone's body is different. Try to stay positive! I had Brown spotting at 10 weeks with my first and I was bed rest just to make sure. I had an ultrasound that following Monday and my baby was perfectly fine. I had a normal pregnancy and a healthy baby girl.
Again, try to stay positive. Numbers are rising that's a good sign, everyone's beta numbers vary from person to person
