Haunted houses while pregnant??

It seems like it's been so long since I've had fun and I want to go to a haunted house this year! I'm afraid that someone will hit my belly or that I might fall in the dark...has anyone ever went while pregnant or think it would be safe? Am I being an over protective first time mommy-to-be?

Totally OK just take your bf and have him walk with you. Mine was over protective and held me from behind but I had a blast with both my sons and I had my second one on NoV 6th last year right after Halloween. Id maby look out just in case they have swinging stuff but it is mention to scar you not hurt you lol

I personally would not go to a haunted house while pregnant... I think the anticipation and spike in adrenaline would cause stress to the baby but I could be wrong.. .. I cant even watch scaryovies, or heart pounding movies because it makes me feel weirs. Why not opt for something like a harvest festival, or pumpkin patch ??

You don't need to risk it while pregnant. You could get scared and possibly go into labor, people could fall into you and hit your belly and knock you down. Some haunted houses have things you have to crawl through which would not be fun while pregnant.

I'm 26 weeks...Yeah I think you're right, too much can go wrong and it wouldn't be worth it! Maybe a nice safe corn maze would be better lol

No they won't let you in and if they did it might be to stress ful. But the ones round here will not let you if you are pregnant

I don't think so, I wanted to go to one but I really don't think it would be safe. The risk of falling, getting our being hurt, and then the overall reaction your body has from being frightened. I'm 30 weeks now and afraid it might cause me to go into labor. How far along are you?
