Headaches at 20 weeks
Hi mamas! I am 20 weeks and the last few mornings I have been getting terrible headaches as soon as I get to work. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm hoping it isn't the lighting at work and that it'll pass.

Could be dehydration. Try to increase your water intake.
Haha, sorry had to laugh... Isn't this a normal thing for all ppl, whether ur pregnant or not? No, but really, I often get headaches when I get into the car. Think it's the heating. It could definitely be the lighting. Try and go into a dark room for a little while, drink some water and just relax for a bit.
