Heavy breathing

I worked put earlier on my treadmill and was out of breath over a few hours ago I went on a moderate speed than bumped it up to really fast. I went to take a break and felt like the wind was knocked out of me. I can breath now but still feel a little wierd its been the first time I started working out agaim since finding put Im pregnant. Is this out of shape breathing or pregnant breath ?

I messed up bad :-( Im still trying to feel normal again but gained a headache smh

Its all about pace try a short walk everyday instead remeber if you can't breathe your little one isn't getting alot of oxigen either

Yeah I read that while exercising you should do it in a pace where you can have a conversation with someone, and also not to exercise to the point of exhaustion.

I am right no, my head hurts really bad I should of went for a short walk instead

Just try drinking water and put your feet up :) try to relax.

Thanks much ! I was gonna goto the hospital because the way Im feeling is like Ive been forced to run for 3 hours smdh next time it will be half the time half the speed

If you're getting out of breath than you're over doing it and its not good. Exercising is fine during pregnancy but you shouldn't be getting out of breath.
