Im on my 3rd pregnancy and its different for everyone, my first pregnancy I lost it several times (you can lose it several times and it will reform until the hormones for labor start and you lose the final one) my second pregnancy I didnt lose it til my water broke

I've had 4 kids already and never lost mine. Well I did of course but only when my water would break never before or just on its own.

Due date today and haven't lost it. They say a lot of women don't even lose it till you're in hard labor or when your water breaks.
