How soon can you find out the sex

I'm from Michigan and currently 14wks and 3days and dying to know what I'm having. This will be my first and I'm anxious to start my shopping and actually give my baby a name. How soon can you find out the sex of your child? Are there facilities that specialize in gender determination early?

In my city there are gender determination ultrasounds at 14 weeks and up.  I am going later this week!

I am also in Michigan- where are you at city wise? Around me there are quite a few facilities who will do a private ultrasound for around 100 dollars- its a 4D and they will do it as soon as 16 weeks =)

I found out 14 weeks ( blood work )

We found out ours at 15 weeks. Some places will do the early gender scans at 15 weeks and up.
