I suprisingly found that those little mangerain oranges called little cutties or halo helped right away n i told my doctor who said the citus helps
Thanks so much, everyone. At this point I will try just about anything to feel better. The only thing I've found to work a little so far is having a hot cup of lemon-ginger tea. It seems to alleviate the nausea for 30 minutes or so. AprilBabe26, I hate to hear that you've been throwing up a lot too. :( Hope you feel better real soon! Thanks everyone for the ideas! I'm definitely going to try them out.
Eat small meals frequently. A satisfied tummy reduces the feeling some. Too long without eating made mine worse. Pickles helped me tremendously. The sour stopped my sour stomach. Avoid the things that bother you. For me stinky people fish and toothpaste. Hope you find relief. Talk to Dr too maybe they can help.
I got these "sea bandz" they are for acupuncture and you wear them on your wrist. I also get a vitamin b6 shot, Def helps
I found that wonton soup from chinnese restaurants helps alot I ate that for like a week straight at some point cuz I couldn't keep anything else dwn morning sickness ***** ...it really should be called all day and night sickness cuz it never stops lol
I'm right there with you! It's been a rough ride...I finally had to go to the doctor but I was throwing up constantly & some days, the pills don't touch it & I'm still throwing up all night! I tried ginger ale, milk, crackers...nothing worked for me but it might help you! I've heard anything ginger is good.
Drink ginger ale..when ever you feel the nausea coming
