How to alleviate nausea?

Hello ladies. I am 10 weeks into my third pregnancy and have been experiencing constant nausea, but haven't thrown up at all. This has been going on for approximately 4 weeks now. I never experienced this during my first two pregnancies, so this is a first for me. Things that I used to love to eat,  I can barely stomach now, and don't even get me started on the smells! The smell of mint,  bbq sauce,  coffee,  etc. (things that I used to love) make me almost gag now. Have any of you experienced this as well, and if so, what things did you do to help minimize the nausea?

Thanks so much, everyone. At this point I will try just about anything to feel better. The only thing I've found to work a little so far is having a hot cup of lemon-ginger tea. It seems to alleviate the nausea for 30 minutes or so. AprilBabe26, I hate to hear that you've been throwing up a lot too. :( Hope you feel better real soon! Thanks everyone for the ideas! I'm definitely going to try them out.

Eat small meals frequently. A satisfied tummy reduces the feeling some.  Too long without eating made mine worse. Pickles helped me tremendously.  The sour stopped my sour stomach.  Avoid the things that bother you. For me stinky people fish and toothpaste. Hope you find relief. Talk to Dr too maybe they can help.

I'm right there with you! It's been a rough ride...I finally had to go to the doctor but I was throwing up constantly & some days, the pills don't touch it & I'm still throwing up all night! I tried ginger ale, milk, crackers...nothing worked for me but it might help you! I've heard anything ginger is good.
