Icy hot/Biofreeze??

I get a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders that will cause severe migraines. I have always used Biofreeze (and now recently a new product called ICE which is just like biofreeze) to help relax the muscles. Does anyone know if these are safe to use while pregnant?? I'm starting to see my chiropractor more often so I will hopefully not have to use anything or not as much. I called my Dr and left a message but haven't heard back. My brother is a chiropractor and I asked him and he said he doesn't see why it would be a problem.

Thanks! This is a cream I rub on and I only use it on my neck and shoulders.

Anything like those icy hot packs are totally fine. Really, just don't place them on your overies (like when you have period cramps). Your only concern is raising body temp too much to fast, and those packs can't do that. So, feel better!
