Induction with Cervidil?
So my Dr decided today that Tuesday I will be given cervidil for induction on Wednesday. Anyone have this done before and willing to share your story with me?
Did your dr mention before hand that you may need two rounds or did they just decide when they saw the progress after the first dose?
I had it with my daughter and I got two rounds. I went in on Thursday morning and didn't have my daughter until Saturday morning.

No I didn't need pitocen. Just from them breaking my water my contractions got stronger
I had cervidill with my first. 2 rounds of it and then pitocin. My water was broken the second day at 3pm and my daughter arrived at 901pm.
Did you end up getting pitocin as well?
They used it to start my labor with my daughter. After about 5 hours stayed getting contractions. They broke my water too make them stronger. Boy did they get strong. Whole labor lasted 12 1/2 hours
