Is Special K cereal ok to eat while pregnant?

I have been eating Special K cereal daily for breakfast solely because I like the flavor. I just started worrying about if I should be eating it because I know it is a product marketed for those on  a diet. What do you think? Will it have any harmful effects on my baby?

It is marketed as "part of a healthy diet" aka a healthy start to the day, getting lots of your v&m's, boosting energy, etc. It's fine to keep eating. Enjoy.

I can't even believe I'm commenting on this. It is cereal. Cereal that is good for you. It isn't some gimmick fad diet that makes you lose insane amounts of weight while eating absolutely nothing else. Absolutely nothing about this cereal will harm you or your unborn child.

It is a very good breakfast, even better if you add fruit.
There is really anything to back up the claims that it helps with weight loss. It is mostly that it is healthier than eating sugar cereal our a donut
