Hemorrhoids

I am only 12 weeks and experiencing really bad hemorrhoid issues. I was told that it only gets worse in the end. What can I do besides the cream because they seem to not be working properly?

I had one so bad I had to have the dr. lance it. He said it was thrombosed (sp) It was awful. I had some relief after that. After I delivery I had them real bad again. The hospital gave me cream that had something in it to numb them.

You should start eating more fiber or drinking Metamucil one to two times a day. That will definitely help you have smoother bowel movements for future bathroom runs. Since the hemmroid is already out I would take sitdz baths and use blamex on your butt. It helps incredibly so. Good luck.

Omg I'm 37 weeks along and yes they do get worse! I was to the point of crying every night because of the pain and irritation. I tried everything from sitz baths to witch hazel to over the counter creams and my life saver ended up being garlic oil! You can buy garlic pills at any place that sells vitamins. Make sure you get the gel caps (usually come in 1000mg) and just pop one open and apply it to your rear and within a day or 2 you will have so much relief. I also take one orally everyday to help fight them from the inside...and of course up your fiber intake and water to help paas things smoothly. But yes...garlic oil is this lady's new best friend. Good luck! I hope they heal quickly for ya.

You cant stop them just deal with the symptoms. Get a tub of baby wipes and pour an entire bottle of witch hazel on them and use them as a compress when they are bothering you and wipe with them when you go number two.
