Low amniotic fluid...

I just found out that my amniotic fluid is borderline low. They did fetal monitoring yesterday and everything looked good on that. My OB is sending me to a specialist to check on my baby, but I'm a little freaked out. The baby is moving very often throughout the day, so that gives me relief, but still worried.  Anyone experienced this before?

Is there a way to know if your smooth fluid is to low (symptoms)? Or just with ultasound?

They told me that mine was on the low end of average. The remedy was just drinking more water. I'm not sure if it's the same in your case, but I'd give that a shot. We're supposed to drink at least 3 liters a day.
