MIGRAINES TREATMENTS PLS...

I'm 19 wks this Friday and am plagued with migraines for the past 3 wks. Once they set bit I have them for days at a time. I work 24 and 36 hr shifts and that doesn't help things. I can take paracetamol but they don't help. Anyone else experiencing same. I could cry now with the torment of it. What's more frustrating is ppl don't understand the never ending pain and struggle of it...

Fiorocet, gatorade, and an ice pack on the back of your neck while you submerge your feet in a warm bath

The only thing that worked for me was a rice sock or moist hot towel over my eyes and soak in the warm bath... I had them constantly it was a nightmare- I hope you find relief!

I am a seasonal migraine sufferer. I was getting them at week 15. I made sure to stay hydrated and took paracetamol. Also tried 2 Tylenol 250 mg each as I felt it onsetting. I was making sure my sodium intake was low, and watched what I ate that day for triggers..then tried to avoid those same foods. I know exactly what your going through. A very painful migraine. Hope you get better. My doctor told me they were hightened  by all the hormones working in my body. Was no fun at all. I haven't had one since then.
