Hey all beautiful mamaz I have a question I am 12 weeks and 1 day pregnant with my second baby...for some reason when I lie down I can always hear my heart beat run..sometime normal sometime little fast is this normal?
Your body is probably working double time to give more blood into your body. When u are pregnant your blood volume increases. Thats probably what it is. Thats why some feel dizzy in the 1st trimester
