look up ways yi help you through... saltines or dry cereal in bed ... before you get outta bed sit up all the way yur. the TV on an breathe through ur mouth ... keep swallowing back your saliva if you do not want to be sick.. SOMETIMES it makes it stop... sometimes not.. sip lemonade.. ginger ale.. try stick to 6 smaller meals a day rather then 3... but I'm 28w 5d n I've had it allllll though like 50% of pregnant women... those who don't are lucky n I'm super jealous... but buckle down ur in it for the long hole. lol

Sorry to say but I'm 37 weeks and morning sickness has been a permanent fixture in my whole pregnancy the whole way through. I'm still getting it today!

Some people just do! I am 20 weeks and still have it! But i do have to say it gets better. I went from throwing up about 5 times a day to only once right away in the morning .
