My stomach is tight ?
Hi I'm 20 weeks and 4 days. Since yesterday my whole stomach is tight as if I pulled as muscle. Very tight hard for me to sleep due to how tight it is. Hard to get comfortable today it gotten a little better. But still tight is this normal ? Please someone answer. Freaking out
Sounds like Braxton Hicks contractions they are completely normal. Unless they last for more then a few minutes at a time or start to hurt I wouldn't be too concerned. They are just practice contractions, your body is trying to get ready for the real thing.
Try to lay down with your feet on a pillow you need to get comfortable and relax
