very confused

Had sex about 2 days ago for the first time in almost a month. Had brown discharge like end of period. Called nurse she said it was okay, since I was not cramping, and because it was dark brown. Today I wipe and I have bright red blood, like a period. No cramping. I've very worried, pissed off. Called the nurse again and she will call back shortly. thinking about going to ER today if they can not see me in office today.my first visit is scheduled for next Wednesday. Your thoughts?

Thank u for prayers. Blood test was ok, 5-6 wks pregnant. My hCg levels were in 2000s, which they said was good. Back on Thursday to draw blood and check progesterone levels. And no sex, per doc ..which is fine with me.

I don't think it's too early for an ultrasound how far along are you? That seems like too long to wait for red blood praying for you!

With my last child, when my husband and I would have sex, I almost always spotted and cramped afterwards...like red spots not just pink. Maybe it's bc of how we did it but I was always told that as long as it stops and doesn't start to become actual flow, that everything was fine...just needed to not b so...um...rough lol

They asked me to go in to get blood work done and said it's too early for an ultra sound. Say a prayer for me please.
