Natutal birth?

Has anyone given birth all natural (no epidural or other pain medication)? Tips on how to cope with the pain? What position did you choose to go through active labor in? Did walking around/taking a bath help?

I was always able to walk until i was about 7cm.
Then i found been on my hands and knees on the bed mosy comftorable. I tended to be in a position when i was more or less hugging the back of the bed with it in an upright position.
Breathing is the key. If you properly breather through the contractions and concontrate (cant spell it) on the the breathing then you will be fine.
I had 3  of them like this

I have had three all natural births, I cope by hot shower letting the hot water hit my lower back. And when pushing if you're more comfortable pushing on your side or back do whatever is comfortable. My first birth just because it was my first one they made me stay in bed and get a catheter. It took 31 hours of labor because I was so uncomfortable. My second I sat in the shower and only 10 hours. My third I got up walked, sat in labor tub. I was only in labor for 7.5 hours.

Yes i had two natural births. I recently just gave birth to my daughter this past Sunday.. By the time i made it to the hospital i was already 8 centimeters.. My contractions was not consistent so they was cumin every 10-15 mins bt wen dey cam dey lasted for about 5 mins.. I would just breath through each onen the nurses was there for support..  Wen the doctor told me to push than all my other worries were out the door. i was ready to meet my princess.. Its not all that bad bt i hpe everything works out for u..
