Progesterone Pills

I just found out I was pregnant last Thursday after being told for years I could not get pregnant. I am currently in a state of shock and terrified of what is to come. Originally they thought my pregnancy was eptopic because of the amount of pain I was in and my HCG levels. After another blood test they have said my levels are normal but I have to take a progesterone insert every night. Has anyone else had experience with this!?

It is used in ivf all the time.  It helps to support your pregnancy.  With ivf, you usually take it until 12 or 13 of pregnancy, then your body can support the pregnancy on its own.  Congrats on your pregnancy!!!!

Also, FYI....the progesterone inserts can build up over time....try removing the build up (a finger works) every few days.
